OpenDay Shipping Policy

At OpenDay, we connect you with a diverse marketplace of sellers. This policy outlines how shipping works, ensuring you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.

How Shipping is Calculated

Sellers on OpenDay offer two methods for determining shipping costs: Flat Rate and Calculated Rate. The method used will be clearly displayed for each item.

1. Flat Rate Shipping

Some sellers offer a single flat rate for shipping. This is a fixed, predetermined price to ship the item.

2. Calculated Shipping Rate

Alternatively, shipping rates are determined by individual sellers and calculated automatically at checkout. The costs are based on the following factors:

• Dimensions & Weight: The physical size and weight of the packaged item(s).
• Destination & Origin: The distance between the seller's location and the delivery address.

Order Processing

Sellers typically process and dispatch orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email containing tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.
