  • Ship exactly what you sell: The delivered item must perfectly match the listing and your live stream presentation.

For Buyers

  • Leave honest reviews: Share your true experience to help others make informed decisions.
  • Respect refund policies: Filing false claims or returning used items harms sellers and the broader community.
  • Communicate in good faith: Try resolving order issues directly with the seller before escalating the situation to our support team.

No Spam or Unwanted Promotion

  • Stay focused: Do not promote outside platforms or competing services in chats, reviews, messages, or posts.
  • No unsolicited links: External website links clutter the experience for everyone.
  • Earn real engagement: Artificially inflating views, followers, likes, or reviews is strictly prohibited.
  • Keep seller promos relevant: Ensure your live streams and posts focus on your specific products, rather than advertising for third parties.

Protect Privacy and Safety

  • Guard personal information: Never post another person's address, phone number, email, or financial details anywhere on the platform.
  • Keep transactions on OpenDay: Buying or selling outside the platform strips away the buyer and seller protections we built for you.
  • Report suspicious activity: Tell us immediately if you spot scams, impersonation, or unsafe behavior.

Live Stream Standards

Live streaming defines the OpenDay experience. Help us keep it enjoyable and professional.

  • Follow the law: Do not stream illegal content or activities.
  • Respect the restricted items list: Never sell or promote weapons, controlled substances, recalled products, or other prohibited items.
  • Keep it appropriate: Ensure your streams suit a general audience. We do not allow excessive profanity, explicit content, or graphic material.
  • Demonstrate transparently: Show products honestly without exaggerating quality, origin, or features.

Intellectual Property

  • Respect rights: Do not use images, logos, or music you lack the legal right to use.
  • Use original content: Create your own product photos, descriptions, and stream materials, or secure proper licenses.
  • Be yourself: Pretending to be another seller, brand, or public figure is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement Process

We enforce these rules fairly. Actions depend on the severity and frequency of the violation.

  1. Warning: For minor or first-time offenses, we send a warning explaining the issue. This resolves most problems.
  2. Temporary Suspension: Repeated or serious violations result in an account suspension. You cannot sell, stream, buy, or interact on the platform during this time.
  3. Permanent Ban: We permanently remove accounts for severe violations like fraud, counterfeit sales, harassment, or illegal activity. This decision is final.

We reserve the right to skip steps in this process for dangerous or extreme violations.
